First off, Rich is great guy! Secondly, he does amazing work! Currently moving out of 2 different apartments and into a house with my boyfriend. We needed to get the carpets in the new house cleaned. Was able to call Rich Friday evening and have something schedule for the next day! Talk about being able to work with us in a time crunch! The floors were filthy, full of dirt and dog hair. Had a bad experience with a new home purchase. Came in & found the seller had covered stains & wear in 3 upstairs bedrooms with moving boxes when we viewed home. Furniture being delivered in a few days & needed new carpet down before they came. Rohr Carpet was recommended & went out of their way to help us out. Worked us into schedule by working Saturday & Sunday & even cleaned some other carpet. Fair price & courteous service. Great people! They will be our go to flooring store in Hays.
