Through many years and changes, they have taken wonderful,loving care of all our furry family members. they know us and our pets by name AND face. We had the worst experience today and I will not be taking our two fur babies back. Had their appointment scheduled since 1.8 and due to them being out of one vaccination their appointments got rescheduled multiple times today after I had already dropped our one dog off at 7:45am. They call me around 1:45pm letting me know she hasn’t been seen yet then try to say she was seen for some things. It was a complete mess and she had no food since 8pm last night. Took all my pets here for years, had great service. Until this morning when I called with an emergency and didnt have cash in hand. Refused to see him. So they care about your pets, AS LONG AS YOU HAVE MONEY IN HAND.
Everyone in the office was INCREDIBLY patient with my sick doggy and my very energetic 1-year-old! They fit us in at the last minute even though he was a new patient bc they were worried about him, which is exactly what you want in a doctor!
The entire staff here is wonderful! They make owners and pets feel at home. Every time we would take Dok in for his puppy shots they loved on him and let him be a puppy which has made him excited to enter their office and not scared! Being such young owners the doctors always answered every question we had to make sure we were comfortable! This place is hands down the best and no matter where we move we will make the trip here for our pets!
