we had to put our beloved pet down. the staff was TRULY thoughtful and gave us ALL the time we needed through the process AND afterwards to spend time with him. they followed up with a sympathy card AND his pawprint. such kindness and compassion CANNOT be faked! thank you all SO much! we will continue to bring our pet family members to your OUTSTANDING establishment. ♡

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
Used to absolutely LOVE coming here when Dr. Rohrig was practicing. Rohrig was the absolute BEST vet and I knew I could always trust his judgement and care. I was on a first-name basis with all of the staff and always enjoyed catching up with them during my visits. Having a decent grasp on animal medicine myself, Dr. Rohrig acknowledged me as more of a colleague than a customer and never patronized me. That is certainly not the case now.
