Ordered a part during the TRD sale a few weeks ago. Part was delivered and easy to pick up. Realized that it was for the wrong generation. Called and spoke to parts and allowed easy return and order of the correct part. Were super helpful and helped resolve my issue within 2 days of the business week. Thanks so those folks who were there and allowed for it to be so seamless!
I wanted to take my car in for basic maintenance, and not only was I unable to get an appointment within a month, but after doing the maintenance they didn't bother to call me to come get the car so I had to leave it there overnight. And then when I got there in the morning they had me pay and said "it'll be out in a few minutes", well, twenty minutes later I went back to ask about it and they hadn't even bothered to go get the car.
