Great service center. More convenient for me than South Hills Honda in McMurray. This place has been great. 2 different visits for two different services in 3 weeks. Both visits were completed in less than 45 minutes. Easy to get appointments scheduled. Friendly people working. Nice big waiting room with TVs, and coffee. Also very pleased with costs. And you can see what costs are on the website. Thanks!!
This service center is fantastic. We were from out of town and had a car emergency on our way to Pittsburgh. The folks were caring, thorough, and honest! They made a very hectic situation and trip better. Thank you!

I’m so happy that we have a Honda service center in the South Hills. We have taken our Hondas here a few times since we moved the South Hills and have been happy with the service each time. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t feel like they’re trying to rip you off in anyway. They just offer their honest opinion and guide you to make your own choices for your vehicle. We brought in our car because the check engine light was on. The mechanics had trouble opening our hood because the latch was broken. The hood hadn't been opened since our annual inspection that was done at this location a couple of months ago. Even though we told them this, they made us pay for the repair even though it is almost certainly their fault. A few years ago, they replaced the battery starter.
