I came here for my state inspection and an awful experience with Stan, the service advisor that was assigned to my vehicle. I came here for only a state inspection and nothing else. When Stan called me with an update, he left a message and said that they had completed the oil change and that my vehicle passed the state inspection. I am very disappointed in this experience. Firstly - I arrived to my drop-off appointment for an A/C issue with almost 30 miles left in my tank, and when I received my vehicle at pick up (after they closed for the day) my car had 0 (zero) miles. I’ve never driven my car to zero miles left. It was extremely stressful leaving a dealership and worrying about running out of gas. Where did they drive my car 30 miles? Great service in a timely manner Jay was the representative who took care of me and thanks to the staff I made it to Vermont and back to Florida after diagnosing the real issues with my car and the reason it was being weird. I appreciate the whole team at this location Rohrich Honda and my car was serviced in February 2026 and she’s still running amazing!
I've only had good experiences with the service department. I got a Honda this time because the Toyota service center was so bad. I've been pleasantly surprised at how great Honda has been. They explained service in words I'd understand, were friendly and kind, and I felt like they were being honest and fair. I don't know anything about cars, so this was important to me.
Frances has always provided excellent communication when it comes to what work my vehicle needs done. I am so appreciative of the technicians and the mechanics that provide my routine oil changes to ensure the longevity of my Honda. I am so appreciative of this dealership from purchase to maintenance. Thank you all!
