Your warning – 2 years ago I used Rohrich collision to have my Fathers new FJ Cruiser worked on after he had an accident. It took them longer then the estimated and when I showed up to pick up the vehicle, there was paint runs on the repair areas and smudges. I informed them of these and they fixed them. I get the vehicle home and read the repair report only to notice that the odometer had over a 1000 additional miles on it then their paperwork stated when they took possession of the vehicle. Worst Experience EVER! – Dropped off my 2006 Toyota Prius on 06/27/11 for repairs due to an auto accident. Rohrich had the car for 37 days and charged $9416.19 for the repairs. The body panels on my car don't fit right because the frame is still bent. I have had 3 different professionals look at my car and they all told me Rohrich did a bad job on the repairs. Now I am left with a vehichle that is worth 40% less that looks like crap and is UNSAFE to drive! AVOID Rohrich Collision Center.
Dont use Rorich – My recent experience with the collision and toyota service was nothing short of a disaster... I took my truck in on dec3 and was told it would be about 14000 and take 25 days... its now jan 20 and the truck is not done.they never returned my calls and now my rental is no lonher covered by my insurance..so they are only three weeks behind and no end in sight..now they say the truck is done but now the brakes are locking up... its been in service for 4 days now and they still dont know whats wrong...so please... read more
