I needed a ring engraved quick and with quality, after searching Google for a bit, I decided upon Rohr’s. Upon entering I was greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly and helpful. He quoted me on the service, had me write what I wanted engraved in the ring, and I was on my way. I was expecting it to take maybe 2-3 days tops, but to my surprise the owner called me within an hour and a half and said my ring was ready for pickup. My fiance and I had the BEST experience at Rohr. We were a bit nervous to be shopping for rings as a queer couple, but Sam put us completely at ease. He was funny, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Instead of trying to talk us into the most expensive ring, he convinced me to use the diamond from my great grandma's ring, which made the ring even more meaningful. Although the owner and employees were very nice I was disappointed in my custom ring. I had the owner re-do the white gold vines twice around the stones, and it still wasn’t what I wanted. He was frustrated and told his employee to just give me my money back because he wasn’t going to work on it again. I told him that I would just take the ring. “I will look at it as being perfect in its imperfection.” Unfortunately my “positive thinking “ didn’t really work. I hardly ever wear the ring.
