Dr. Mahajani became my GI specialist in 2024. I am very impressed that he took the time to carefully listen to me and then prescribed medication that has greatly improved my quality of life! More than 50 years of living with chronic UC has been difficult; I recommend Dr. Mahajani to anyone dealing with difficult digestive problems. In addition, his office staff is kind and compassionate.
Dr. Mahajani is very helpful and educated in what he does. He has a very sweet and compassionate bedside manner as well, which means just as much to ME as his educational background. His staff is SO friendly and fun. I definitely recommend his and his staff for all of your GI needs. My husband and I are both his patients.
I've been with Dr. Mahajani for a few years and will continue as needed. His demeanor is kind and caring. He actually cared what I had to say and how my life is going. He never seemed rushed or uninterested.
I was told I needed to have colonoscopy & would first need to consult gastroenterologist.This would be my first time having this procedure in AZ & was not familiar with any doctors. After reading the reviews of a few doctors, I selected Dr Mahajani based on the reviews AND how close he was to my home.He listened. And he asked questions.He cared and it seemed genuine.I’ve found that very few times w Physicians in Arizona.

Dr Mahajani always greets you and asks what if anything is causing you issues. He has a great bedside manner and explains what procedures are needed. He cares about what may be causing you problems. After the procedure he explains what he did and what he found.
I am so disappointed with my overall service. My first impression was excellent. I really liked Dr Mahajani. He was very respectful and seemed to be knowledgeable as well. I left my first and only apt on Aug 29th feeling really lucky to have found him. Now fast forward to Oct 2 I have had bloodwork and a ct scan done with absolutely no communication about any of my tests results. I even sent emails making sure they got results.
