BUYER BEWARE - Do not buy one of their homes, if you do once its built and you pay them, if you have a problem with the flooring, and you mention it to them IN WARRANTY PERIOD, their response, "itll be to expensive to fix, just live with it" what a company, whats good for the company isnt good for the purchaser, I really wish they'd stand by their product!
We recently visited the Brighton show home to discuss the progress of our home under construction. Umang welcomed us warmly, listened to our concerns patiently, and took time to explain the construction process and expected timeline. We appreciated the professionalism and customer service we received during our visit. We now look forward to the successful completion of our home and the remainder of the building process.
If I had the choice to buy from a different builde again r I would have. Do not buy from this builder if you can avoid them at all costs. The only saving grace they have is Dale but even than. That isn't saying much. The rest of there team can go well you know All these clowns care about is the $ . Zero customer service . Should be zero stars. 1 star is far too generous. Zero customer service. Terrible communication. 6 months in our home, still a lot of things to do. Not to mention improperly installed weeping tile causing water in the finished basement. You better believe they tried to blame us at first. Arrogance and no accountability from the upper brass. The cost of these homes is peanuts to these guys, but to those purchasing from them, it's a huge investment. But all that does not matter.
