The WORST company to ever deal with. They are greedy and selfish. If you buy one of their homes just know your contract is all a lie. They won’t fix anything. If you have an issues and call their emergency line no one will EVER answer you. Our basement was having issues with water leakage and they didn’t answer for weeks after multiple emails were sent.
