We’ve been having a roof leak in our new home and have been complaining since August 2nd, but nothing has been done. Now that the snow has started to melt, water is dripping through the ceiling and could damage our furniture. I’ve been living in this Rohit-built community for about a year now. Like many homeowners, I encountered some issues after moving in, but most were eventually resolved through various channels. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews, and I try to be reasonable when dealing with problems.
