Horrible developer. Residents in the Cherot neighbourhood are left with no safe access to and from their own houses with horrible planning and road closures. Between the City and Rohit, they both will not take accountability to providing access to the neighbourhood. The road is completely washed out today and people can barely get home. What state will the road be in the morning??
Love living here so far. This is my wife and I’s first home and we couldn’t be happier. The community and layout is great, we are so excited to see the development continue. Would recommend living here or anywhere by Rohit

I am First time home buyer I am suggesting everyone not buy houses Rohit Homes . They used very low and cheap quality expired out dated material. For example : 1)They uses Garage door which can’t be operated from phone they are 10year old stuff using in 2026 , 2)They uses very cheap quality lights in the house even we can’t see lights on in bedroom there is darkness in the room. 3)They uses very bad quality of paint in house the paint peeling off still 13days ago possession . 4)There painters and electricians are not profess... read more
