We had our AC serviced by Rohde AC about six months ago and it recently stopped working again. They came to our home and confirmed that it was the same problem (TXV valve failure). Two days later they returned and repaired the TXV valve at no cost to us. This is a reputable company.
I called them out for a tune up and my house was running 10 degrees more humid ever since. One of the technicians came out and adjusted my fan speed and the manager Wesley called me and was incredibly rude saying nothing they did could have caused this and basically refused to help me. I was nothing but nice to them and super patient. I went up into the attic I helped every way I could. This is not ok. I would not work with Wesley again.
I needed an experienced technician to properly program my infinite variable speed Lennox XP-20 HVAC because the original installer clearly didn't set it up right. It kept cycling on and off instead of varying its output. Wesley - who I believe is their senior tech - came over and within moments identified the incorrect setting, made the adjustments, and validated the output, amps, and pressures. Wanted to give these guys a five star review Deandre Rodriguez and Elijah Patino went out of there way and went above and beyond. Very professional and very knowledgeable of the work they do I would highly recommend these two . Job well done !!
Every interaction with everyone here has been so pleasant and wonderful! The techs are so professional and I truly appreciate Rohde for getting my heat fixed! We will definitely use Rohde for our future needs.
