As a new customer I appreciate the communication with HVAC tech Cody. He's very informative, personable, and honest.
Of course our A/C went out after hours. I called around 6pm and Cody was at our home by 9. He diagnosed the problem and had the parts on his truck. We were back up and running by 10pm! We appreciated the prompt call and excellent customer service!
I can’t say enough about Anthony and Andy! I highly recommend Rohde AC. These guys were on time, professional, courteous, explained everything they had done and cleaned up after themselves. No hard sell just professional advice on potential next steps to help my issue; I really appreciated them!
Do NOT USE this company! They will charge you more than you should be charged! You need a thermostat changed they will charge you 400 dollars for a 90 dollar thermostat! If you give them attitude or question the techs the owner will tell the tech to tac on as many charges as they possibly can! As for the owner, all he cares about is the money, money in his pocket doesn’t care about his techs and will with hold money from them as well and if they make the owner mad or their office manager they will cut their hours and not pay... read more
