Dr. Dang is great. He's attentive. Gives you all the time you need and is thorough. Unfortunately, either he doesn't get messages from his staff or he ignores them. I saw him 2 1/2 weeks ago and he said he'd call in Aa prescription for me. I've been calling repeatedly and leaving messages but no prescription and no call back. Another time I saw him and he was going to hive me referrals for a specialist. I called amd called and finally had to just make an appointment two weeks after that visit just to get a referral.
I’m a first time patient with Dr Dang’s office , the atmosphere of the office and the personalities of the doctors and staff is amazing .. Dr Dang has great table manners He’s just plain awesome. His assistants are well trained and knowledgeable , manners-able and friendly .. cleanness of the office is absolutely welcoming and fresh . The best
This was a great experience with a doctor I've ever had . Very welcoming and kind front desk, the whole experience was very quick and professional. Doctor Dang was very welcoming and relatable and knew how to talk to people, he will take as much time to listen to you and make you feel welcoming.
Dr. Dang is a good doctor, however his staff is incompetent. Messages do NOT get communicated, they ASSUME which medication you want filled and don't even keep the medications prescribed to patients in their CHARTS!! We've been with this practice for a year and though I've had in depth conversations with multiple levels of staff about the same issue we have every month, it falls on deaf ears.
