I went in search of jewlery appraisal but they said they do npt do that. Then I asked if there os a jewler they work with and they gave me the business card of the owner of the same establishment. So, either they are prejudice or want Penny Rubsam to go under? Strange way to handle someone looking to spend money. I have a 1karat diamond and a ring to put it on..??
