I’ve never done business with this company, nor have I ever given them my financial information, yet my bank let me know that they tried to run my credit card today. Don’t know why they thought that was legal or smart, but I guess we can talk about that on Monday.
Jim the maintenance director is awesome.
Tammy is a very kind property manager who was very responsive and helpful. However this company will absolutely make sure to rake you over the coals in terms of holding on to your deposit. They will find a reason to keep most of it. In my case they said they had to keep $1500 because the "landscaping wasn't well maintained" Not especially responsive either. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel that this one is necessary. Very shady practices. Words of advice for future renters. Take pictures of any property you’re considering for rent when you move in. They will try to charge you for things that aren’t applicable under ORS guidelines for renters. For example, nail holes are not an item that a renter should be charged for at the end of the lease and when you move out, they will do it. Service has been excellent for our business. Communication has improved significantly and we now are seeing prompt replies to issues with the property. Very happy with the current management of our rental office space.
