Horrible customer service, ordered louvers for car and its been over a month, tried contacting them goes straight to voicemail
Terrible service ,took them 2 months to get back to me about my order.mind you I didn't receive any shipping email .they finally send it and they send me the wrong order.now I'm trying to return the wrong item back to them and they still haven't sent me a return label yet.its going on 7 days since I last spoke to them. They told me they would send a return label and I'm still waiting.
Horrible customer service!!!!very unprofessional, still waiting on my shipping update?going on 4 weeks already. I.will never order from this company again.
I ordered a product from Rogue on 6/4/2021. I have contacted them via their website and via phone. Left a voice mail with my number. All I want to know is when the product will ship. Very simple question with no response. I have checked my spam in-box just in case. Nothing in spam. I am VERY disappointed and once I receive the product I will not do business with this company again. [Order #25332] (June 4, 2021)
