Why do you have such a high turnover rate for physicians? Between me and my son, we have had to change doctors 6 times in the last few years due to physicians leaving your practice. Are the days of having the same family physician for many years just gone forever?
Terrible experience
They refuse to make the appropriate appointment we have repeatedly requested for my 16 year old. They refuse to do STD testing because they "dont usually do it" although we have possible exposure and need it tested for, and we have received a lot of snobbery from the staff regarding birth control, which we still don't have after months of pursuit. The desk ladies were catty, rude, and unprofessional. They basically said they had no openings after learning we wanted birth control and a well woman's exam for a minor. The docto... read more
