Go for the outdoor patio and beer sampler, food is mediocre but focus on their affordable brews and you'll be a happy camper

LOTS o BEER – Great selection of Rogue beer! very laid back. Apparently Thursday night is trivia night. Crazy big following. Was good time even not playing trivia.

If you like beer... – An excellent choice if you fancy a great selection of beers, lively crowd, and very friendly bar staff :-)

This North Beach brewhouse is equal parts modern city pub and country speakeasy, suitable for both beer snobs and casual drinkers. – The Scene Despite being a major advertisement for Rogue Ale (Rogue art, merchandise and award certifications pack the place), the atmosphere lends itself to the ultimate beer experience. The decor rides the fence between modern city pub (exposed-brick walls, attractive servers) and country speakeasy (antiquated carpet, a giant mural). The crowd leans towards beer hounds, especially at the bar, ... read more

Good beer stop – Great beer lover haven in North Beach are - excellent selection of Rogue ales and paraphenalia available, also very good list of rotating guest beers. Our experience service wise was very good, we wandered in on a Sunday afternoon, the place was pretty full from a Washington Square festival crowd, and we had no problem getting seats and refills for the next couple of hours. Our server was always around before we emptied a pint, and had good info on the available beers. Didn't eat there, but then we didn't go... read more

Avoid 24/7 – Filthy Kitchen and obnixious bartenders. This is the only place in the neighborhood which does not take care of the locals. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and watched the bartender chat with his friends before he taking our drink order. Would like to say this was an isolated incident, but is not the case. Stumbled into the kitchen on one occasion and it was absolutely filthy. Will not order food there. This is unfortunate because this is the only place in the area to have bar and grill food.

Good beer, but not good enough to ever go back. – We ordered our drinks at the bar and sat down at a table to wait for a server for food. Though the table of six next to us had their order taken and was served before we left no one approached us or even made eye contact in the all time that we were there. Various thick- necked staff appeared and disappeared, one preoccupied with the sound system, another serving up a scowl with every drink poured. I don't know where these guys get their attitude but their complete and utter ... read more

good brew – I've only been here for beer after dinner and before hitting up another bar and it's always been a fun time. They have a large variety of brews and it's a fun atmosphere and big building. Will keep returning for the drinks, not really sure about their food though.

Horrible Service – Rude staff. I have been to Rogue several times, staff is always eager to ignore customers, they are seldom busy enough to afford such a luxury. Today, I went in there to pick up my to go, was completely ignored and treated badly when they noticed I was there. The food is mediocre and if they didn't have good microbrews, they probably wouldn't have lasted as long as they have.
