My daughter had Brooklyn and I must say the whole experience was just awesome. Somehow felt like I was hanging out in a friend’s living room even though this was my first time in here. Cannot recommend more honestly! Great experience all around!
I’m very disappointed to be leaving this review, but my experience has been bothering me since my appointment. I booked a colour and cut with Chantal after sending inspiration photos ahead of time. My hair was a faded black, and I explained that I wanted a plum/purple shade. I specifically said I did not want black in the final result and wanted to avoid red tones, although I was okay with subtle orchid-purple hues. I was told this would be no problem.
