I brought my Lexus to Roggi’s today for the first time and the customer service at the front desk was exceptional and they were also able to help me save on some of the expenses for the repairs through my extended warranty. I initially brought my vehicle to Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford and they gave me a difficult time as well as a lot of misinformation. The most knowledgeable, professional, ‘fix-it-all’, automotive business ever. They go above and beyond like business used to be in the good ol’ days. I truly can’t say enough about Roggi’s other than I wish I had known about them a long time ago.
I would give 500 stars if I could! We were in Hartford making a quick stop on a long vacation when our camper van broke down. Luckily we were right around the corner from the best shop in town, and they got us on our way in just a couple of hours, including getting a difficult to find part. If I didn’t live 300 miles away I would be a regular customer!
Me and my family have brought all of our vehicles to Roggi’s for over 30 years. From Wayne, Henry, Mark and the entire staff, always professional and honest with repairs! Can’t say enough good things about this family owned business and Hartford staple.
