First time I needed a flat repaired and emissions done .. only to find out only thing done was the tire . Second time went to get emissions done and tires rotated, not so funny the second time emissions not done ... they did the emissions and tires tried charging over $170 for emissions, was told the tire rotation was free!!!! Emailed them first , no response, so now poor ratings!
Took my 06 Cummins in to get the front tires balanced. Was told it would take 30 minutes or less, sat there for an hour and when I went up to get my keys to take it to a new place the guy wouldn't give them to me and said he just sent someone out to get it. So I went out to see if they were and they had a young kid drive my truck around to pull it in, killed it, then rode the clutch 2 times and was revving it up in the shop. Told them not to have anyone else drive it cause I have a 2500 dollar clutch in it and 25 minutes lat... read more
Usually receive good service, but the last 2 times have been not so much. When I spend $600 I expect to have my tires put in at the appt time not 1 hour late. Then yesterday I was told it would be a 1/2 hour wait to fix my tire...two hours later I was going to pick my keys up and leave but the boss man saw the look on my face and told them to get it done! 10 minutes and it was done...so I like that my tire is fixed but not impressed with their time frames.
Excellent,knowledgeable staff and superb customer service. Will definitely be bringing my car in for all of my services from now on
This company is a joke. I don't recommend it they are a rip-off & they will over charge!!!
