They took 3 weeks to repair my push mower .After i got it back it ran for five minutes and stopped.This was the same problem i was having before.They sold me a new carburetor.Come to find out the gas cap was bad.
Do not use Rogers Small Engine Repair off of Mercury Blvd Hampton VA. I took Roger a Stihl chain saw today around 11 am. I told him that I had had it running and simply wanted the high/low fuel and idle adjusted. He then progressed to tell me that I may need my carburetor rebuilt. I told him that I had cleaned it and it was fine and really all I wanted done was what I had said. I then asked when he would be able to get around to it. I have a sears riding lawnmower and after several failed attempts to get the serviceman at sears to come out (cancelled 1/2 hr before appt 1st time and the second time confirmed appt in the am and then never showed up) I spoke with a sears manager who told me I could take it to the Sears Service Center. Not a good idea...the Service Center does not work on riding lawnmowers! I found that out after borrowing a trailer and taking it in (don't listen to the manager)!
