Lowest of the low.... Outrageously crooked outfit. Stepson got into an accident, they just showed up, picked up the car, took it to their shop and would not release again until he paid 365 bucks for towing and storage from Thu eve until Sat noon. Would not even waive 15 bucks because he only had 350 in his pocket. Absolutely crooked outfit, which has been reported to the insurance crime bureau.

BAD BUSINESS I took my vehicle to Roger's service center for an emissions inspection. After his mechanic hooked up the OBD connector, my vehicle would not start. We had to push the vehicle out of the bay and call a tow truck to take it to the Ford dealership. Roger's offered no help. Once at the Ford dealership, we were told there was a high voltage spike which destroyed my computer and blew the fuses. awesome group bravo Awesome service!!!!!! So this morning was awful got up at 6:30 unlocked my car then shut my keys in the trunk. Yeah, not a good morning. Called three tow companies, the first two answered the phone as if I was inconveniently calling them. I was put off by that to say the least. They both told me it would be over two hours before they could get to me. Then I called Rogers, it should have been my first call the staff is courtesy the service only took 15 minutes. Hands down they have won a customer for life.

We love Rogers! Rogers has won over our business and has always done an exceptional job when servicing our 3 vehicles. We have our new Odyssey services here as well. Prices are great for service.

TRANSMISSION MESS UP Worst place to go they messed up my transmisson. They flushed my transmission because I had extra cash credit to my account without my permission told me after and a week later my transmission went out. I was told by a mechanic that they dont flush transmission that have never got maintance on after 150,000 miles and when you do your flushing everything that is holding the transmission. I just moved here.... ... and I asked someone where was a local place that was a not too expensive to get an oil change on my car.They referred me and gave me directions to Roger's Service Center on Grant Avenue.It was very easy find.When I got there and asked about my oil change I was treated very politely and could conveniently wait in the air conditioning out of the heat with my little girl inside the "quick stop" style store that is there..The mechanic did the oil change quickly and also noticed that one of my windshield... read more
