A complete ripoff. Hired this company to clean out my septic tank last year. They cleaned out my septic tank from the liquid side only, from the one access hole in the tank, they did not clean the solid side of the tank. They were aware of this because they cleaned out the tank 5 years before, so they knew they would need to bring a backhoe. Brought the backhoe out but it stayed in the trailer. This year had a backup due to the solid side not being cleaned. Poor poor customer service and a complete strong armed robbery.
