I changed the battery in my thermostat and it wouldn't turn back on. I discussed it with the person in there office on the phone. We determined i had to push a button inside the thermostat to reset it. I did this and it still didn't turn on. She said she would send someone over . If she had told me it was going to be a service call, that cost 129 dollars, I would of googled it and figured it out myself. The person who came over. My *********** used Rogers for many years. They were good. They are horrible now. I had to buy a new furnace which has a horrible ************* gas. They didnt install it right & when it rained it burnt out the switches. They fixed the switches at no cost. The horrible sound has never been fixed. It leaks gas & another competitor came out & fixed 3 leaks. Nothing was tightened. They never smelled gas but their competitor immediately did. A paper towel was also left in the furnace which could have caught on fire and burnt the... read more

Customer service is terrible. Scott was very rude to us today. He referred to us as old people and then told me to call Nexia when I was in a better mood. Beth isn't friendly on the phone, very curt with short answers. I worked in customer service for years and would never have talked to clients this way! I don't know how Roger's stays in business. We don't recommend them.

I purchased my central air from this company in 2015 and by 2017 my drip pan had cracked and I notified the company, they came and checked out the problem and ordered a new drip pan. It took them all summer (3 months) to get this part during which I had to bail the water out of my basement. In 2019 the same issue happened this time they glued the pan and ordered the part. Which again took months to get. This caused water damage to my new furnace and rusted it out. This was caused by them improperly installing the cover on my... read more

Roger's came out on a call Sunday to my elderly neighbors due to no heat.My neighbor called to cancel until Monday too avoid any extra charges but the Roger' service person was in the neighborhood and said he just received the call but nothing about being cancelled. After a short ck it was decided that the igniter was bad and he replaced it with a part from his van. The Invoice for this 5 min R/R was $130 for service call and $284 for the igniter.No other charges were indicated. Having t/w another Heating co., that part is a... read more

With that being said regarding your concerns, our service is run from a flat base pricing platform we get from www.coolfrontbooks.com. They take a nationwide survey and base prices off that survey. When our technicians come out between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday or after hours they always have the coolfront service book with them. Our boiler furnace was not heating up so we called to set up an appointment. The earliest they could come was 3 weeks out. The weather was cold but not bad for October. The service technician arrived on the date and time promised. He was at our house for about an hour looking at the furnace. The technician thought it may be the gas valve but was not sure. He said to replace the valve it would be around $800, said he would not put that much into it and recommend putting in a new furnace. The technician said he was not a boile... read more

When the technician arrived he found a 60 year old boiler not working with 24 volts going to the gas valve and no gas going through it, (Bad gas valve) insurance regulation and laws prohibit us from taking apart a gas valve.
