Was hired by my landlord (scammed I should say) and did a sloppy job. Was too busy promoting all his other "professions" 3 months later and the bait he said would work was never touched. It did nothing at all, and now the issue has only gotten worse. How is he still in business? Hasn't returned phone calls. And from the looks of the other reviews I have a feeling he won't be returning our calls or guaranteeing his work, or lack thereof. Save your money and call someone else. I had squirrels in my awning. My guy Rog pulls up, asks for half the money, leaves his ladders in my yard and pulls off. I see no work, other than some chicken wire over easily viewable the holes. I ask if he's done, what's next and I don't hear from him for a week. I come back home, the ladders are gone and he wants the rest of the money. I asked for an invoice of work done, and why what he has done is already coming off the house. I got no answer. He did a horrible job...He never fixed problem of mice even slightly. He put down poison that mice are supposed to open except non of the mice never opened it.. He performs service once and never follows up...part of service which was charged 200. I would not recommend service...
