We bought a whirlpool dishwasher from you guys 2 years ago and it stopped working Christmas! We called on December 28th to have our dishwasher fixed and was put on a list and still haven’t heard from anyone! My husband called every day for 4 days and kept getting put off! Refrigerator is less than 4 years old Ice maker went bad along with other problems. Ice maker again went out and called for service. I was told it would be a few days for them to be out To look at it. 10 days later and no phone call we are still waiting for service. If Rogers didn’t want to service what they sell I wish they would tell us. Service after the sale / warranty don’t buy from Rogers.

Rogers does not stand behind their products. We bought a fridge from them and it kept breaking down. Same thing everytime! They charged us everytime they came down for the same thing... and at times...all they did was unthaw it! Was also told several times that the fridge was going to be replaced by the manufacturer and that our problems would end soon..... but when nothing was happening, they told us to call the manufacturer. Knowledgable, friendly and customer service is excellent. They really helped me out of a jam. My fridge was dying and they delivered it to Minden within an hour of me going home.
Very pleased! I called close to 4pm today and had a very nice service man come out tonight (Friday night) around 7 and with the part he thought I would need for the washing machine. He was able to fix it in less than an hour. He was kind and happy to do his job. Don't get a lot of people like that anymore. Thanks!
