We are NOT fast food. All our food is cooked fresh to order, nothing is sitting under a heat lamp and we don't have any microwaves. Recommendedi have been there for over 20 years along with my mother that has passed today was her Birthday so i had to order her favorite Huckleberry milkshake with the Sprite Good food good memories
cold food, burnt fries, and service was absolutely horrid. a man made a simple mistake and grabbed the wrong bag of food. he had a couple fries out of the bag before realizing his mistake. he returned the bag and politely told them and the girl closed said bag and still handed them out to the other customer after knowing someone else's hands had been in the bag. that's gross, unprofessional and we left. sorry but we will never return. people get sick and disease is spread that way.
THE BEST. Hands down. Have convinced my family and friends to go to Roger's over Red Robin and anywhere else for years!
