Disappointing service. Kitchen very unkept. Staffed by teenagers without a adult supervision. 30 minutes to get a single scoop and it wasnt busy. Staff argued with customer over their mistakes with his order. Too bad, because the food is good but not good enough to withstand all of that. First because we want to verify what the guest has complained about it, second to make sure we are coaching the correct team members about what specifically they did that was incorrect. Last weekend me and my friend and her grandson and friend stopped in for a bite to eat. I ordered cheeseburger meal and a soda, they ordered 3 cheeseburger meals with shakes. My friend was told it would be just a minute 3 times on the shakes. They were all done eating the burgers and still didn’t have shakes. I think that there needs to be someone older watching the store. There were almost 6-7 teenagers supposedly working and it took 20 minutes for them to get the shakes done. Honestly in my top 5 favorite burger places downtown. There are some staple burger places, and Rogers Downtown is my #1 out of my 5 favorite places! Everything is on point, fries, crispy and hot, burgers, fresh and delicious not too greasy.

Always a fun stop for ice cream and shakes when we're out riding motorcycles. The old school places are the best!
place is usually great. lately the stag had not paid any attention to hygiene. I get a huckleberry shake and the outside is covered in chocolate and the same with our to go bag. food is always great. they just need an actual adult supervision in this restaurant now and it's sad.
