Purchased Journey electric wheelchair for my husband (33 year severe closed head injury survivor). Within weeks it quit working. Took it back to Rogers Home Medical. They insisted they would repair it instead of refunding my $3000.00 PLUS $400 fo the extra battery. I insisted I didn't want the chair as it left my 72 year old husband without transportation around the house and I had no faith in this product. I highly recommend that you verify all information with the owner for special order for equipment because the staff is not trained nor equipped to give accurate information. I was told that I would have an order sent to my house for equipment that I needed so that I could be released from the hospital by multiple staff members I was even told to stop calling because everything was ordered and taken care of , I called today and the owner tells me no equipment has be ordered I've been waiting two weeks for them to call me back... read more
