Customer service difficult only if you hate your job. Spoke to someone there and they were not kind and not patient with me or my grandmother. That’s why people do things online
Purchased Journey electric wheelchair for my husband (33 year severe closed head injury survivor). Within weeks it quit working. Took it back to Rogers Home Medical. They insisted they would repair it instead of refunding my $3000.00 PLUS $400 fo the extra battery. I insisted I didn't want the chair as it left my 72 year old husband without transportation around the house and I had no faith in this product.
