So went in looking for some white gold diamond earrings for my aunt. Right when we walked in Robyn introduced us very kindly and showed us what we wanted right away. She was very helpful, I’m so glad we went there. The service was definitely worth these 5 stars.

Decent selection. Sales woman was very pushy about buying a ring THAT day when I made it very clear that I did not want to be present when he actually buys it. She was very persistent and even told me to essentially get lost while she talked to him trying to get him to buy. However, one of the other associates named Annemarie was an absolute doll. Beautiful jewelry as well.

I would like to say you need more people like Rae Magbanua! I went to your Bloomingdale location because she was very helpful the last time I had gone. I was at your Woodfield location earlier that day since it is closer to home, but ended up leaving because the team was not familiar with your warranties from the past. The team at woodfield kept getting confused on the "we will fix" warranty and confusing it with others you offer. I never used to have issues at Woodfield up until this past year.
