We have used this company several times over the 20 years we've lived in the Springs. They got a gas fireplace working again for us in our last house. They replaced our furnace and AC in our current home. And today, they came out to troubleshoot our AC. It was actually because we'd turned off multiple circuit breakers when doing electrical work and we failed to flip the AC breakers back on. The installation work was solid—the technicians were professional and competent. However, I'm giving 2 stars because of repeated poor interactions with office staff (Peggy?). Last week she called accusing me of not paying, despite having sent a check. She admitted she hadn't checked the mailbox yet, but the accusatory tone was unnecessary. Today she called again about a bounced check—legitimately my accounting error, which I'd already caught. Rogers Heating and AC is awesome. They have been responsive when I have needed them and have always treated me fairly. Peggy is great and so are all of their technicians. I recommend Rogers.
