Cesar Alamilla has done very well to complete a check list of questions from a tough client. Mr. Cesar has definitely helped through every step and was able to help me achieve what was just a dream. I am very thankful for his time and patience as there seemed like some moments had no ending.
Avoid at all costs. I would not recommend Rogers Healy & Associates based on my experience. While there are a few solid agents at the brokerage, the overall culture is problematic. The leadership prioritizes control over collaboration, and the environment tends to be high-pressure and self-serving from the top down.
