I purchased a new truck in March 2020 - the experience was excellent all the way through. When I needed some minor work done 8 months later the staff were superb again. These ladies and gents are stellar.

I was really satisfied with the service I received and I feel like April should be commended for the work she does. She is very attentive and her professionalism is excellent. I was informed that because of the mileage on our car we would no longer be provided with a loaner vehicle during the time our Navigator is being serviced. Other than that I think you do and excellent job.
I went in to ask if they could show me some cargo capacity ratings for a Ford F-350 SRW and a F-350 DRW as I was looking toward a larger fifth wheel. I had spoken to Randall previously about a new truck. He guided me out to the lot and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. I mentioned that my wife was looking for a particular color on the vehicle, which happened to be on the lot as of yesterday. I called my wife and had her meet me and we took a test drive in the truck with her choice of color and bought it.
I take all my trucks in to get them serviced at Rogers Ford - never a surprise and the job is always done right. Courteous technicians and fast getting out.
Phil made buying my vehicle was an Awesome experience! Everything was taken care of when I arrived. Signed papers and was out in no time!
