Fantastic place to do business! There service department is on the ball and are always so helpful and polite! They always get me in and out as quickly as possible which in this town is impressive cause everything is so busy, the dealer in Odessa is taking appointments for 3 months from now! The fast lube department cracked my husbands wheel they did reimburse him and the last Time we went to get his vehicle serviced they didn't contact us when it was ready and when we went to pick it up they were closed and had it locked behind the gate mind you he needed it the next day for work. Had my truck worked on and they did a great job. Easy drop off, it was done when they said it would be. Truck was clean when I picked it up and all problems were fixed correctly. Martin Mendez was my service advisor, and he did a great job. I will be back the next time I need vehicle maintenance. Thanks to the the hard working mechanics at Rogers Ford!!
Found vehicle on autotrader, called Roger's and talked to Flip Rivas just before closing time and they gave me a super deal on an excellent used 2014 tundra. Financing and everything went smoothly and worked to get me the best rate possible. Flip Rivas will be the first person I call the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. He even drove the Tundra 175 miles and delivered and drove my old truck back. Great service, great price.

When I called Joe found the car and did a great job of taking care of me, and keeping me informed through out the process. If my next car is a ford I'll be going back to him.
