Very pleased with this florist I used them for my wedding,they went above and beyond my expectations very satisfied. Anna was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. The flowers were fresh and look great. And they where very competitive in prices. Would recommend to anyone.
Awful customer service in general. I ordered $75 worth of flowers for my girlfriends birthday, and rather than sending it at her birthday, they delivered it the next day. When calling them to get a refund, they yelled at me because I was unhappy with their inability to check their orders. I had to provide a number for them to call the business to pick up the flowers (as my girlfriend did not work that day), to which they threw a fit because how could I not know the number by heart.
