Taking my 2012 Camaro to Brandon Chevrolet was the worst mistake of my life. My headlights stopped working as well as my air conditioner. Chevrolet stated that it was a sensor that prevented the lights from working and that the air conditioner needed an $11 part that happened to be under the dashboard. $4200 later my lights still did not work and my car was in the shop for 1 month. Hag a vehicle repaired by their service department. After spending $2,200.00, i was allowed to leave without the root cause of the initial problem being addressed. 200 miles later my vehicle was in no better running condition than it was before i brought it to them. So not only did i spend $2,200.00 with them, but I’m having to spend another $1,200.00 to have it repaired somewhere else because they refuse to stand behind their work. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
