My husband and I have been here and my daughter got her lower two wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. It took less than 30 minutes and the procedure went smoothly, she didn't even need stitches. Today she is very comfortable and she said if she has to do another teeth removal, she will only go to Dr. Rogers. The Doctor is the best! friendly and made sure he explain to her what she will expect. Thanks to our head Dentist for recommending Dr. Rogers!
I went in for a molar extraction; Filled with fear and questions. The friendly staff sure knew how to calm me down and walk me through the procedure. It was COMFORTABLE , SAFE, PAINLESS, and I was in and out about 30min or so. Dr.Roger took great care of me that I referral 4 of my friends. Had an amazing experience, Thank You !!!
Horrible service.. My 9 yr old had appt to get tooth pulled.. She was very anxious n upset as the nurses where hooking her up to get ready for procedure.. Not one time did they tell her it's going to be ok or even offer to help.. All i wanted to do was leave the room so they could get it done.. But nobody offered to help calm her down. Then dr kael walks in i asked a question n he say's that was what our consultation was for.. If she can't calm down u will need to take her to hospital n they will put a tube down her throat..... read more
My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday. Overall, it was a great experience. We loved the initial consultation. Everyone was nice. The appointment went well and my daughter is fine. I would have given them 5 stars but they had a candle going in the lobby that was nice but very strong. I brought it to the front desk attention but I ended up needing to go outside to wait because she was not going to put the candle out. Everyone can't handle strong scents. All went well, it was over before we knew it. Did I mention the hospitality there, it's was phenomenal. We were well informed not only about the aftercare but also after care expectations too!!!
