This is hard for me to write because I genuinely believe the specialists at Roger's want to help and care about their patients. However, this place is so poorly run and provides a very very low level of care. If you're expecting to meet with a therapist and do some processing, forget it. You will be assigned a "behavior specialist" who is just someone getting their degree hours with very little experience. There is no hand holding, no real direction. horrible therapy - groups were the only informative sessions for me. therapists seem done with their job/unwilling to dig deep. sheboygan php is 10x better
Although we haven’t started the program yet, I wanted to share my experience so far. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone, Justin B., addressed all of my concerns, especially after reading some of the negative reviews. He was incredibly knowledgeable and confident in the program, which reassured me about my family’s well-being. After a detailed 50-minute conversation, I feel much more optimistic about the outcome. Life changing for good! Treatment provided by Roger successful reverted my child back to normal and eased her anxiety. The staffs are supportive and creative, and they understand how she feels. We would not have been surviving without the help from Rogers.
