Watched patient get mistreated with no sympathy nor care regarding their health. For a behavioral health services this place treats patient abysmal giving no care if someone is having a meltdown. I believe retraining for staff to communicate better with certain patients is needed and better understanding of the word sympathy for staff aswell.

If your sucidal they will throw you out I guess don't come here if you suffer with that. Also all the therapist here talk like robots only coming for the pay and no care for the patient. Regardless pretty inhumane treatment to someone who's suffering.

We have had a very positive experience with Rogers. We appreciate the staff who are very capable and caring. They have been very helpful to our daughter through a difficult time and have taught her skills to overcome her challenges.

This is hard for me to write because I genuinely believe the specialists at Roger's want to help and care about their patients. However, this place is so poorly run and provides a very very low level of care. If you're expecting to meet with a therapist and do some processing, forget it. You will be assigned a "behavior specialist" who is just someone getting their degree hours with very little experience. There is no hand holding, no real direction. horrible therapy - groups were the only informative sessions for me. therapists seem done with their job/unwilling to dig deep. sheboygan php is 10x better
