They make you sit by yourself in a room. They also have a hard time keeping staff. There was a lot of turnover.
The worst experience I’ve ever had! If I could leave a zero star review, I definitely would. I was referred here for my trauma/panic attacks/anxiety and it’s not even personalized care… it’s all group based therapy and you must be there M/F without any excused absence or allowed 3. You’ll only meet with the therapist during group based, and never one on one! Plus it’s expensive even with insurance to attend. Not worth it!!! Rogers Behavioral Health changed my life forever. Morgan and Molly were amazing and professional caregivers. The others in my group were welcoming and accepting, and we all understood what we were going through on a deep level that one doesn't always find anywhere else. I certainly hope that I never need to return to Rogers, but if my illnesses were to become unmanageable I would trust Rogers to help me again.
I was a client. Outpatient not so bad. Communication with billing dept is awful. After literally 10 voice mails and daily requests to my counselor to have the billing dept contact me for questions regarding insurance billing, noone ever reached out. The clinical staff were good, but no follow up once I left the program. GOOD LUCK getting them to answer the phone, and when they do, they forward you to people who never returned 1 call.
