I’ve really have great sessions with my therapist Amanda, who’s super caring and thoughtful. Since I was diagnosed with cancer, I've been going to see her for three years and look forward to just let go. Some days are really tough to get through and then others I just need to vent about family, friends and work. She helps me figure out how to deal with all of it. They also have classes like yoga and others that truly help calm my mind and body. I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

I completed the Intensive Trauma Program at Rogers-EP location. While I found the registration/admissions communication to have a few hurdles (perhaps short-staffed?), the program journey changed my life. I found it to be extremely challenging, as it’s supposed to be. You will get out of it, what you commit to putting into it. Every single provider there was amazing-Lindsay, Brittany, Sue, Rachel, Dr. Parks. I can’t thank their team enough.

They make you sit by yourself in a room. They also have a hard time keeping staff. There was a lot of turnover.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! If I could leave a zero star review, I definitely would. I was referred here for my trauma/panic attacks/anxiety and it’s not even personalized care… it’s all group based therapy and you must be there M/F without any excused absence or allowed 3. You’ll only meet with the therapist during group based, and never one on one! Plus it’s expensive even with insurance to attend. Not worth it!!!
