I haven't been here in years, as a teenager I was very depressed and a lost child. I was sent here. It didn't help whatsoever, was just drugged up and a guinea pig basically for whatever the doctor thought would help, it didn't. I became an addicted to illegal drugs (heroin and cocaine) to numb what I was experiencing. (I am sober as of July 9th 2023) Thanks to Nova in Oshkosh - place wasn't top tier but WAY better than this place. If I could leave no stars I would. If you want your kid overprescribed - send them here. They don't return calls, don't answer the phone on units & will put people on medication that needs to be taken every day & then discharge without even a take home dose. This place should be ashamed of itself.
I’d like to start this off by saying roger’s SAVED me. I have been here 3 times, in the adolescent unit. All of these reviews are untrue, and are written by kids who were forced to go because they were sick. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because NA wasn’t very prevalent when I was there, it could have changed by now though. If you have a child who is struggling with substance abuse issues send them here. Please.
