I don't really share a lot of reviews that Impact my personal life. But, I feel good doing so. I was 16 years old when I was court-ordered to Rogers Behavioral Health for my behaviour at home. I was not a bad child, I just wasn't as bright as others at my age. I don't really recall how long I was at Rogers, but I do remember how welcoming they were with me and how they listened to me and gave me words of advice that would go in one ear and out the other. Sensitive topics: Please don't send your child here. While I was here, I was hit, S/A'd, and felt completely disregarded for. I was hit and assaulted by the same patient, not a staff. (just an FYI!) Though, I tried to tell the staff here about the assault and got laughed at. 2 years later this place still haunts me. Please be weary here.
I strongly recommend against sending your loved ones to this facility. My experience with the staff was extremely negative, and the overall environment was deeply concerning. During one of the most challenging periods of my life, I was subjected to such poor care that I had to be transferred to the intensive care unit at Aurora West Allis for proper treatment. The conditions here were distressing, and I feel fortunate to have survived. Please consider other options for care.
