Our 4 month Bernese was groomed by Heather and her team and we loved how passionate and caring all the staff was with our fluffy baby. Hudson looked his best and we valued Heather’s recommendations. We will definitely be returning next month before we take Hudson back to NJ for the holidays. Thank you!!
All of the ladies are extremely polite and patient. My lil lady Shenzi used to be scared to leave my after being traumatized from another groomer. Roger's Bark does a great job on clipping and rounding her nails. The oatmeal shampoo is just right for her sensitive and dry skin. The bandana is her cherry on-top. She was huffing and puffing the one time she did not get one. I have full trust is leaving my pup in their hands!
They did a great job with Charlie. Short 1 star because of Bandana, don't bother. Only a piece of material cut with pinking shears. Seams not even finished. Already coming apart.
I've been going to these ladies for the last 4 years. I absolutely love them! Always on time and always beautiful results. Great with puppies and old dogs alike.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I did not receive a reminder and could not make my appointment because I was at the urgent care vet with my dog. The lady on the phone informed me that reminders are just a "courtesy" and I would be charged anyways for the groom unless I got there in 15 minutes because my card is on file. That is so beyond unethical and uncaring I can't even believe it. I obviously couldn't make it since my dog is so sick! Needless to say we will absolutely NEVER be going back.
