Always do an amazing job with Barnaby, my 5 year old pom-chi mix. Past groomers have often given him weird hair cuts because he's half long-haired, but here they do an excellent job and cut his hair properly. Also, everyone is so friendly and nice - and the grooming is really well-priced! I've tried so many groomers here in Chicago and this is the only place I trust now. Thank you for always providing excellent service and making Barnaby look so dapper! :D

Our 3 year old rescue is fairly timid when it comes to being handled by people he does not know. For this reason, I have been avoiding taking him to a groomers. After having a baby, I just do not have the energy to bathe him anymore. I did tons of research and came across Rogers Bark. I took a chance on taking him in for a groom and once I made Heather aware of Captains history, she assured me he was in good hands. She was incredibly empathetic and gentle with my sweet boy.
