** 1/10 - Unacceptable Customer Service** I visited the Uptown Victoria location on June 26 around 4:00 PM to return a device under the Save & Return program and had the worst customer experience. The sales rep, Varun, was incredibly rude. He insisted I reset a phone that was already reset, and when I calmly asked why, he got defensive and asked why I was angry. We had great service at Roger's uptown. The store manager Rohan helped us get our 4 phones switched over to Roger's. We walked in with our phones and new Sim cards and walked out with our phones ready to go a short while later. Rohan really knows how to provide great service.
Harpreet was an absolute gem helping me and my Dad upgrade our phones. He explained every change thoroughly and worked with us very attentively to get us what we wanted. Incredibly personable and patient guy!!
Kawal's attitude is excellent, helps customers fix problems. Whenever i have problems, i come to this store. Other staff is helpful too.
