I had a very disappointing experience at the Rogers and Fido store in the Town Centre with an employee named Vignesh. I went there because I needed help setting up my payment again. Instead of listening to me and trying to help, he kept telling me that it was my fault and my bank’s fault that the payment setup wasn’t completed. When I asked him to help me set it up again, he told me that it was “not his job.” His attitude was rude and dismissive, and I felt like he wasn’t listening to me at all.
