called haier to have a warranty repair done on my washer was given Rogers appliances number by haier and I called them from Sunday til Tuesday. I waited all day. Called early that morning and was told that some one would call soon. Soon never came. I called back again and again onlynto hear that he was coming as soon as he got caught up. By 9:30 P.M. I had pretty much had it. This time they gave me the man's cell #. He was out on the lake. Boy he sure was busy!!!
Told me one price at the visit and I had to pay them then. When parts came in they doubled the price for them to finish the job. DO NOT USE
