Jocelyn helped me find a tenant for a lot at the Clarcona Resort. Her vetting process, however, went horribly wrong. The tenant never paid a single rent and any of the required electricity costs. In the end, the lost rent and electricity charges plus the eviction legal costs added up to several thousands. Although she offered to find a new tenant at no cost, I opted to follow Albert Einstein's famous quote: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” I will not trust her again.

Steve and Jocelyn were professional and very accommodating. They sell many properties in the area and are experts in this market, which is why my wife and I contacted them. We were only in town for a short period of time and schedules did not allow us to meet. Very smooth transaction. Sold the lot and fifth wheel in less than six months which I considered to be very good. Kept me informed at every step of the process right up through the closing which went off without a hitch. I would definitely call them if I had another property to sell.
