My husband and I have been going to Dr Platt for over 30 yrs. He has always been very kind, professional and caring. Although there has been many changes over the years, their office personnel & tech staffs have also remained top notch.
I can't imagine a better provider or experience. I have been seing Dr. Trent for 3 years now and I will not go anywhere else. Superb doctor- he's friendly, addresses all of my concerns, and I've never had an issue with a procedure. The office is clean, the entire staff is professional and friendly. They make each patient feel like an extension of the family. Shout out to Melissa, also. What a wonderful practice. I am a customer for life!

I recently had a standard cleaning done and the hygienist used a different sequence than I am used to - polishing and flossing my teeth first, and then doing the scaling afterward. While the hygienist was very nice, I noticed that doing the scaling at the end left my teeth feeling quite rough and gritty instead of smooth. I will be requesting the traditional cleaning next time.
