Excellent service on Saturday when choosing replacement phones. I had difficulties when trying to activate the eSim cards and went back to the store on Monday. Shivana very capably and quickly got our sim cards activated. Thank you so much, Shivana for your help!

Extremely disappointing company. Not just this store in Kitchener, the entire Rogers company! Void them at all cost!!! Even canceling services is extremely difficult, they make sure it is difficult so you're not able to cancel services. This is the company needs to be scrapped!
