Came in with a couple issues with added lines from another carrier and the Rodgers eSIM’s. Austin was absolutely brilliant in resolving these issues, was able to help me get through all the information that was on my app, fix 2 phones ( one wasn’t on hand and in another province ). Also helped me upgrade my home internet in a couple minutes to my surprise. Absolutely useless. Waited three hours today between the store and on the phone to activate a device that I pay a lot of money for every month for them to turn me away and tell me I now need another new SIM card even though I’ve been inconvenienced and had to go buy one before. I do not recommend getting any kind of private hotspot from this company. You will pay a monthly fee and it will never work. Their website doesn’t allow you to activate a SIM card on a number that can’t receive text. This is a horrific loophole. Don’t... read more
