Picked up a new phone on Sept 4th - that part was great, no complaints. Howevee, at that time, the store did not have a phone case in stock, for my phone. They had a package deal for the phone case and glass protection, which is what we accepted - but as the case wasn't stocked, they applied only the glass protection & assured me they'd ordered the case in and it would be in after the weekend, for pick up at the storefront. Today was probably one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a Rogers rep and I deal with them daily at my job. We went into the store today for what I imagined would be a quick visit to get a second phone with a new number added to an account we already have. Well after 3 hours we left the store with nothing but frustration to our name.
