rogers sucks!
Went to try and get some clarifications because it said on the phone they could help in store. Three people in the store, two of them didn't even look up from watching tv, the other told us they couldn't do anything since we had set up our plan on the phone.
We had just come from the sunrise Roger's store because the guy there couldn't help us with our upgrade. Abdul was amazing. There were issues with our account and while it took a bit to figure out the problems he stuck with it and we were able to get our new plans and phones instead of calling Rogers tomorrow to sort it out. Super friendly and helpful.
The store looks fantastic after their recent renovations! It truly feels like a completely different place, with a fresh, welcoming vibe that reflects the positive change in management. No more waiting outside! I recently switched my phone plan from Bell to Rogers, and I want to thank Abdul for making the entire process quick and seamless. He was very helpful and knowledgeable which made me feel confident in my decision.
